After my winter/spring rest i decided that today was the day i would start training on a more regular basis.
So i packed my bag and off i went.
My plan today was:
Warm-up with crosstrainer and ropejumping to the excellent sound of ACDC Rocker.
After that i did some Hindu pushups (10/10/8)
Knees 2 elbows biking (20/17/20)
Leg raiswrs side to side (6/7/8)
Burpees (6/8) These were not so nice. At the end i actually felt my anklebones hit eachother. i had to stop. Felt too weird.
Dumbellswings 17,5 kg 10|7 / 8|6
After that i was beat. But still i tried to do one part of 666. A clean and slow 6.
Well tomorrow its pushups on the rings.
Food: korvhuset trollkorv, A banana and a glass of milk. No potatoes.
This is one that i did for the annual Christmas Schnapps at work. I colored it and made a label out of it. I´ll try to get a phot of it up here.
My boss CM always makes up his own mixture of schnapps for christmas and we all get a bottle to enjoy. Very nice gesture.

Late one evening Tove and i went for a swimadn when we walked back to the house we saw two deers on the path before us. We moved really slow when they didn´t look at us and got as close as three meters from them.
This sounds like a cool and easy tool.
Maybe if i find the right one i´ll be blogging away for real.

Great work. Been wanting this for Safari for a long time. Since i switch back and forth between Safari and Firefox it´s nice to know hat i can use cooliris wherever i want.
